We were involved in a train accident and we were stuck in Moorpark. Because of a previous stay in Fairfield I picked this location. It was beyond belief. The staff went above and beyond for us. Made sure we had all we needed. They let us stay and wait for us to get back to our trip and offered us all sorts of assistance. Plus, the breakfast was amazing!!

The first floor room was a pleasant surprise. It had an ADA compliant rest room with a walk in shower that had a bathing bench to sit on while you washed. A bonus was the two shower heads, one with hose and handle nozzle.

Room & bathroom were spacious & clean. Bed was very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was much better than “continental” you see at most places. Parking was easy & included in price. And gym had everything I needed!

very clean, new, awesome two long beds- great for a family versus 2 queen beds. great breakfast, small heated pool and outdoor fire pit were great.

It was great but not on time. It was a holiday so maybe that was why the time was off that day.
